SERVICES
For individuals, couples, & founders:
-
In my work with individuals starts wherever you are at, and is tailored to fit each person's individual needs. I work relationally which means we will use our relationship to examine the ways that you relate to other people in your world. We will work together to understand ways that you have learned to show up and the messages you received over time about how you are "supposed" to be in the world. We will work to understand what coping mechanisms are still serving you and which we can thank for their hard work and let go. I have training and experience in working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, identity development, low-self-esteem and relationship issues to name a few.

Being in relationship puts us in touch with a human dilemma, our need for dependency and autonomy.
Couples usually seek help because they are feeling disconnected in some way, often both feeling unheard and unseen. Furthermore, we are often not equipped with the tools to talk about our vulnerable needs, longings and pain-points.
My work with couples in grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which focuses on helping clients recognized the negative cycle they are caught in. I guide my clients to tune into and speak about their vulnerable feelings underneath their behaviors and reactions.
We’ll look at how past traumas and hurts are impacting your relationship in ways that might be surprising to you. As we understand the unique lens that each person brings we can help you attune to each other in new and profound ways.
I welcome couples of all backgrounds and preferences, including queer, mixed-race and non-monogamous couples.

Starting a business is much like bringing a baby into the world—intimate, demanding, stressful, and hopefully rewarding. I help co-founders attend to the emotional and relational dynamics that quietly shape trust, communication, and decision-making over time.
Our work looks beneath surface disagreements to understand the underlying needs, expectations, and unconscious patterns that influence how you relate under pressure. Together, we focus on strengthening alignment, repairing ruptures, and cultivating honest, resilient dialogue—so difficult conversations become opportunities for clarity rather than sources of erosion.
Whether you are navigating growing pains, recovering after a rupture, or seeking preventive support before conflict takes hold, therapy offers a dedicated space to tend to the human side of entrepreneurship.
