Welcome to my practice, where therapy offers a space to explore your patterns, heal relational wounds, and reconnect with your authentic self.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in San Francisco. My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory with a strong holistic emphasis that is tailored fit the needs of my clients. My framework is depth-oriented, meaning that while we address the immediate symptoms and patterns causing pain in your day-to-day life, we’ll also explore their deeper roots. Together, we’ll look at your early relationships and the messages you internalized about who you’re expected to be. We’ll identify the coping strategies that once helped you navigate life but may now be holding you back.

Much of what drives our feelings and choices lies outside of conscious awareness. By bringing these unconscious forces into light, therapy creates the possibility for greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, and more authentic connection—with yourself and others.

I believe that healing comes through relationship. By having a new experience in our relationship you might be able to experience yourself in new ways as well. We’ll be able to use our relationship as a microcosm, to understand your—at times unconscious—ways of relating in the world

My style is warm yet direct, collaborative, non-judgmental. No topic is off limits—everything can be talked through and explored with compassion.

I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies. I have since done numerous trainings in trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), neurodiversity and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, to name a few. I am in ongoing consultation in relational psychodynamic psychotherapy with Jyoti Rao.
